MIT App inventor - code apps to change the world - see the Creating Apps page for other ways to make apps.
Green-screening is now very easy to do and has lots of education applications
Pixar in A Box - a collaboration between Pixar and the Khan Academy - teaches maths, science (including use of algorithms) and coding for Film Animation. Activities for all ages but most from around age 8 to adult.

Thingverse - CAD and 3D printing resources to use and adapt
SketchUp Pro is a 3D CAD software. It is free to NZ schools for use on school computers. There is also a free version that can be used on student computers. It does not work on ipads (continually crashes).
TinkerCad is a 3D CAD site that works in any browser including modern ipads.
Canva - design posters, logos, timelines, infographics, posters, cards etc. Loads of templates and graphics available to use or start from a blank template. Most content is free, premium content available at a cost.
Vectr is a free site for creating vector graphics. Vector graphics unlike raster or bitmap images, are scalable to any size without blurring or pixelating.
